Ignoring School Act of 2006 / Abuse of power / Discrimination towards poorer childrem
On what grounds does HTS Sasolburg reject my application for fee exemption? I furnish you with every single document as required by the School Act of 2006. We can hardly make a living nor put decent food on the table with our income. I formally appealed this but this is realy so unnecessary waste of time and money. I was advised that you use mr. du Plessis as your lawyer and FEDSAS advocates as your representatives. You are not above the School Act of 2006. I urged parents with the same issues to make contact with me on 0766975575. Please specify here what else you need from me. Please also specify the act that we have to go to banks for stamps that we do not have bank accounts at that specific bank. You are more than welcome to obtain a protection order against me which I will defend in 30 days.The lady at Equal Education Law Centre said that there is nothing illegal about mobilising and educate fellow parents about there rights and I am even allowed to distribute pamphlets regarding the current School Act. Should you decide to proceed with summons, please be my guest and do so, I will recind such summons. Also note that our expences exeeds our income. Hopefully your litigation will come out of the pockets of SGB members etc and not from HTS Sasolburg. First it was the text book issue, now this.
