Bad they a bunch of ****** ! Please stay away from this company. I bought pvc ceiling twice , first time the deliver the wrong type and the second time we got used pvc ceiling wrapped and sealed in a box! We open the box and the first sheet were correct . When we wanted to used it today15th October the order has been made up of smaller pieces ! You can clearly see it’s been used . Called the number and has been referred to Moneeb who conviently does not pick up.I want to warn members of the public not to buy anything from Karrim Hardware Dtore in Boom street, Pretoria ! First purchase were done6 October , they deliberately gave plain pvc after we showed them , again 14 October we showed them n they deliver used pvc sealed in a box ! Stay away from these ******
My wife has been admitted to Jakaranda Hospital with a mental condition because of long Covid on 14 January -2nd February 2022. Hospital authorisation were given and claim submitted for payment to the hospital . We belong to this medical aid since 2007 and this were the first hospital admission claim made .The bill came out to R 50 000; for the 21 days admission for mental illness. I received a an invoice from the hospital stating that only R 14000.00 has been paid and there is an outstanding amount of R 35000.00 , that’s when my problems start .The system apparently only authorise 6 days yet Bankmed own rules for mental illness states 21 days .I called Bankmed on the following dates :1st, 14th, 16th,17th,23,25,28 and 30th March to enquire about the claim .Everytime I was told that there is an error and the functional head should authorised manual payment , I fail to understand that a manual payment can take almost a month to be finalised, I really feel sorry for the consultants who must deal with customers frustrations because of the arrogance of these functional heads who get huge bonuses. The poor consultants told me that the case has been escalated on the 9th , 14th , 16, 17 March which clearly shows that they try to resolve the case but need authorisation from these functional heads that act if the funds are theirs . I’ve been a member of Bankmed since 2007 and every month they religiously deduct the membership fees . When I called this morning, 30th March , I was put through to the Team leader and after a lengthy holdup were told that the functional head , whoever he or she is are there and are looking into the matter .They only look into the matter because I told them I want answers today because the hospital threatened to hand me over to debt collectors and will also list me on the credit buro through no fault of mine . This will impacted negatively on my credit history , I raised this issue with the consultants and they could not give a solution . Needless to say these functional heads are arrogant and treat us with total disrespect . I also intend to lodge a formal complaint with the medical aid ombudsman, this is totally unacceptable,
I were involved in accident on 14 March 2021 , the claim were approved on 19 March 2021 , with claim number 2571208;Gugu Msibi;is the claims agent and the car were booked in with Pro Beat Panelbeaters who is one of Discovery approved service providers . I followed on 3 April and got confirmation from Gugu informing me that the vehicle is in the paint preparation department, got another mail 12 April informing me that the repairs are in prgrogress , I followed up on 15 April and were told that the panelbeater is waiting for parts , I send a mail on 20thApril to enquire about the service level agreement between Discovery and their approved service providers , they never give a response and I called again the Thursday and spoke to a so called team leader who say he will follow up with the panel beater and cant understand that it takes so long , who promised that the care will be ready 7May 2021, I called 6 May to find out if I can collect the car the Friday , I was out through toDebbie from Probeat the panelbeater who promised that the car won’t be ready Friday but the next week Friday , send also a message to this affect , I called a Monday again , 10th May to enquire if the car will be ready , called 12 May again Werner promised again that they will call the panelbeater and will give feedback , I’m still waiting for feedback I just want to warn the members of the public to ever use Discovery insure or Probeat Panelbeaters , Discovery are very good in ensuring they deduct their premium religiously every month but there after sale service sucks it appears that no SLA are in please between them and their service providers and customers have to fight their own battles with their so called approved service providers, PROBEAT PANELBEATERS, well I hope all insurance companies never approved them or put them on their panel as approved service providers , I’m waiting for almost 3 months and probeat can’t get it rite and discovery are lying and supporting them , it’s a simple polo vivo and they order wrong parts , who incompetent is that for one of Discovery approved service providers
