On father's day this year I went to draw R1700. The ATM just went out of order without dispensing my funds and receipt. I went to the other ATM next to the one that went out of order to check y balance and the funds was gone. I went immediately to the bank and logged a complaint. Today on the 27 June I received an SMS saying my claim was unsuccessful. This is *****. So what happened to my R1700. Something needs to be done . I am going to open a case at the police station.
