I cannot give a star to this Company at all... VERY helpful and friendly to attract your business and once that is achieved you a loser all the way. I received so many excuses the minute after payment was made. First the incorrect stock was invoiced. Than we received a small packed of stock with not even the stock we ordered or paid for. Did try over a week period to correct but only got excuses. SEND from this person to that.... After getting very frustrated I requested the tracking number of the parcel as I was told it was send. Got a hold of the Courier company that said the tracking number was not even allocated to us. Was even told the Courier company knows them as they have an account with them, Courier company confirmed they work on a COD basis. Just got more excuses. NO ONE takes a call, they only communicate via what's up, numbers on website DOES NOT exist and the numbers you have is off half of the time. Eventually I was supplied with a ladies details yet again that I could communicate with via what's up apparently working in their accounts department as I requested a refund. Promises was made that a refund would be done, yet again NO refund and more excuses... Now being told systems was apparently down. NEVER informed on the day the communication was done for the refund that systems was a problem. VERY unprofessional service received. NEVER IN MY LIFE would I recommend the company to anyone. If you want to be out of money go ahead.
I actually cannot even give Ubertrack a star.... I work for a Accredited Firearm Training institution. We approached our Moderated with regards to expanding our business by also offering PSIRA grades and asked if he knows of anyone offering the service we required. He suggest that we make use of Ubertrack in order to assist us. We got into contact with the Director and his wife whom informed us that we should be done within a 6 weeks time frame. In order for the training to start from Grades A-E we needed to pay R5000.00, which would have been ALL inclusive. Payment was done on the 20th August 2020. ALL grades was completed by the following week and send to Ubertrack. I was than informed as the registration and the loading of each grade will take some time I have to wait the 6 weeks time period but communication will take place the minute any update is received. After a 2 months waiting period, I started phoning to find out what the hold up period is and was informed that it has to to with the backlog by PSIRA. At this stage I was informed to prevent any holdups from our side and to get everything in line on PSIRA standards that we needed to invest into a Admin filling system. Ubertrack so kindly suggested that they could supply us with the filling system whilst I wait for the Grade process to get completed. Not knowing at this stage everything about the PSIRA structure I went upon information supplied by Ubertrack and invested in the Filling system as informed. Payment of R8000.00 was requested. The main purpose for the Grades was to become an accredited Training provider with PSIRA. Months went passed in which NO answers was received. Ubertrack just kept on saying the delay is with PSIRA. After numerous phones call made, what's up messages send and emails went passed it was already January 2021. Eventally phone calles, what's up messages and emails was ignored. Not getting any answers I went online and made a appointment with PSIRA offices in Bloemfontein. Upon my arrival I was informed that I was not registered at all. In order to get myself registered I had to get a list of documentations in order and pay and registration fee of R230.00. Spend the whole day running around the Bloemfontein area trying to get my registration started. Frustrated and angry at this stage. After all documentation was collected and handed in we asked the consultant from PSIRA about the filling system. After all, all we received, for the R8000.00 spend was a Typex box containing 5 files. In which the very helpful consultant responded to say, none of the contents of the so called filling system is required by PSIRA. I also asked what could be done due to the poor service I received, in which a investigation was logged. Fumming with anger at this stage as I was mislead and out of pocket of R13230.00. Yet again after endless phone calls made, emails send and what's up messages it is now the 19th May 2021. Still ONLY my grade E reflecting on my PSIRA page. It has been 9 months now, and NO answers........ Ubertrack just says the problem is with PSIRA and PSIRA is saying Ubertrack has not submitted the Grades that was completed. All grades that was received so far has been Grade E, C, A so were is Grade D and B than? Definitely will I never recommend Ubertrack to anyone... and found that in January of 2021 nothing has happened as yet. Believing that the filling system is a PSIRA requirement we believed that the filling system would have been a requirement and we made the payment. Payment was made on the 27th August 2020. to wait now for aas each grade can only be loaded in which we had to wait for each grade to be submitted a we were informed a grade can only be submitted wea
