I bought an item for my grandson for Christmas to find it broken on opening. I organized a return on Christmas Day to receive an email that visible damage from use was noted and that my return was rejected. I have just received the BROKEN item back. I am convinced this was returned by another customer who may have broken it and just put back on their shelf for the next customer (me) to purchase it. I have heard that someone I know bought a coffee grinder and when they got it, it had old miffy coffee grinds in it!!
Appalling, parcel collected from supplier on 25 August... according to tracking the package has not moved since 31 August.. I WANT MY PACKAGE Please not I did not choose this service my supplier did...obviously cost driven
