Keto Premiere scam

Message: I want to report Keto Premiere (phone 0875502437) for fraud. On the 4th October 2020 I ordered a free bottle of diet tablets and was only supposed to pay the shipping costs of R70. On 5th October 2020 3 amounts were taken off my credit card. The transaction names were muscletorchedcs.com 39 KELMS (Keto Premiere) for R1888,32 ; BEAULIFEINFO.COM HANDLEYS (Ketone meter) for R333,17 and TRAINEDFITHELP.COM HANDLEYS (Reversoslim) for R1487,52. I wrote to their support grooup on site support@supports.net. On the 8th October 2020 they wrote to me and told me that my account with Reversoslim had been successfully cancelled. On the 6th November I was informed by the support team on roi@velohouse.com that my account had been reviewed and the three amounts would be refunded. I confirm that 2 amounts were credited to my credit card but the amount of R1818.63 has still not been refunded. Every time I phone I get told that the tablets have been shipped. At my last phonecall the lady put the phone down on me. Can you please do something to help me get my money back and also warn others not to deal with them. They were on Facebook. I thank you.
