The overall experience at the restaurant was poor, with flies doing thier rounds on the tables. I ordered a mutton burger, 1/4 way through I realised that I am chewing on plastic. They kitchen staff literally fried the burger with the plastic on it. The restaurant staff were less than apo⁹logetic about about the incident, simply took the burger away and said nothing. I certainly will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service and the food leaves little to be desired.
Pick n Pay ASAP delivered stale goods to me, subsequently the order was returned. After several e-mails and calls they have failed to refund me. Absolutely useless call centre staff and refund devision, they cannot perform simple tasks such as processing a refund on the platform.
The customer service is really poor, they have car for 2 weeks now just to replace a bumper. I cannot get hold of the service consultant Isaac, the other staff just transfer the call to someone who responds "I dont know when you car will be ready for collection". It is impossible to get the manager there. I will strongly urge you to avoid this branch as far as possible. They really dont care how much they inconveience thier customers.
