BAD Service, Shocking Deadlines, Refund Still Owing

Eventually Got my Goods out of this company after 3 months of to and fro, empty promises etc etc. HOWEVER They still owe me R1,500 which I have had to refund my client for printing. I've been to the Small Claims Court and sent the Company the letter of demand which they have just ignored point blank. I will not let it go and will be going back to the Small Claims Court this week to take the matter further. Just be careful when doing business with this company - they demand payment upfront but then they don't deliver, short deliver and deliver sub standard quality.
