You can't cancel the R1299 annual subscription. The website doesn't allow you to delete your account or unsubscribe. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged that amount.

Newchic is an online store that ships from China, and the website doesn't tell you this, but you will have to pay taxes at customs so you should factor that in the prices, also incredibly long leadtimes

Poor service, product quality also questionable
The toys don't last very long and the customer service is poor if you need to raise an issue with something you purchased from them. Their reply to my wife was so condescending, I don't think we'll be buying from them again.
