Bossa soneike Most disgusted and disgraceful and pathetic service received. A group of 11 people hosting a birthday dinner.no service received from a waiter/waitress since the reservation has been made and when the first people arrived.a constant call for service and assistance from a manager constantly turned into a result of dismay for all of us. We will not recommend this franchise to anyone as a group of 11 people.this would have been good exposure.no apology for late drinks more than an hour of late food and waiter confirming what else has been ordered from the customer. Don't over promise and under deliver.if you don't know how to run a business sun down and get training. Waiters look at you directly and when needing assistance they walk away. Learn from Spur or Macdonalds.
