The consultant(Dikeledi/Dimakatso) who is apparently handling my account is very rude and doesn’t even take into consideration the explanations to the questions she asked me. What matters is that she gets her word through.
On Saturday, the 9th of December 2023. I came across some guys at Kagiso Mall, Krugersdorp and they offered me a membership for a rewards account which I will pay nothing for. That I will get discounts when I buy from certain retail stores. I agreed. They took my id number and account number and registered me. They specifically told me that they are not registering me for a funeral policy or lawyers because that requires money. However when I got home I received a message telling me that I have registered for a funeral policy plan that is on hold and I need to activate it by authenticating debicheck on my banking account app. These people are frausters and sign you up on things under false pretences. They are not transparent, they should’ve told me what exactly it is that they offering and given me a choice to choose wether I want it or not.
I would to share the awful experience I got with DC experts when trying to cancel my application. Well, on the 12th of May 2021 I got a call from Yalezwa one of the consultants telling me about their services and she was very convincing, I agreed to it, two days later I got a letter from my employer stipulating that my contract was ending on the 31st of May 2021,on the 14th of May I called the consultant to cancel my application due to the cancelation of my contract, she seemed to agree and said she doesn't know how long it will take to cancel the application. A few days ago on the 27th of May 2021,which was two weeks after I talked to the DC experts consultant about cancelation,I called the NCR to check if cancelation was done but they told me that my name is still under dept review application. I have been trying to contact them since but I've never been able to talk to Yalezwa, no one has been able to help me with the matter. They are taking me from pillar to post telling that they will tell Yalezwa to call me but the day passes without a call from them.I sent them an email with no reply. I called the NCR again on the 31st of May and they advised that I should logde in a Formal complaint against the company due to the refusal to cancel my application.
