This is my follow up review after my previous posting. One Plan Pet insurance had once again debited a premium from my account, this time I received a notice saying it will be their last as I need to give 30 days notice.... as I gave. My notice at tge end of June 2025, which they received and confirmed, three more debit orders went off. I will be taking this to the ombudsman and if no luck to the consumers council, should I not be refunded in full for the additional 3 months premiums they debited. I will report back.
After being cluents of One Plan pet insurance for numerous years they increased our contribution but still offering the same benefits we had from the day we started, so we looked for additional quotes and moved over to a new service provider. Giving One Plan 30 days notice, receiving confirmation that they received our request. Three month's later and numerous request they are still taking off our monthly premium. We will not recommend them due to this.

I have recently moved over to Naked Insurance, and found it very easy to start with, I have had issues on the app when you have to upload "selfies" of your items, as they kept asking me to redo it, but not what the issue was. Only once I sent them an email was the issue pointed out to me and I was then able to correct it. In general, very simple, easy to move over, good price, please don't get stuck on the App, rather send an email if you have an issue, it saves a lot of frustration.
Don't use them they don't pay back your deposit and they don't answer their phone should you call them to find out why not. I have now been blocked as well on their whatzapp number. No reply on email either. They steel your money!
