As per previous reviews this business decides without request of further business to debit your credit card with additional amounts at 10 x the original order value. PURE FRAUD Also trade as Evergreen Essentials Pty Ltd

The Citizen: gross incompetence
I have never come across a non-government accounts department as incompetent as that of The Citizen delivery service, On the Dot. Each time I renew my subscription I have to make a dozen or more phone calls and send repeated proof of payment to get any joy. As we stand, I have paid again for a non-expired subscription and yet have had no delivery for four weeks and counting.
