I have never been through what Kayamoola has put me through. I mean i made a withdrawal and still have not received my money till date. The company has shut down and run away with my money because i cannot log on anymore. i tried logging on with a different phone but i still cannot log into my account. Can somebody send help, because i tried and i am blue ticked.

i really didn't want to come to this platform and complain about the services i am getting from multichoice, whereas i thought my problem would be resolved by now, i called DSTV 11 times already, i explained my query to different agents. So this is my last resort now. i received an sms on how much i am supposed to pay but the amount is ridiculous for the subscription i am paying.. so can i please be assisted.
