Vodacom sales consultants are a ***** and a **** A Maddy called me to offer a sim only contract and I had told her I am not interested howe er she must give me a call the following day to speak on whether I am interested in the offer or not. Prior this I had app**** before for a contract so they already had my details on their system…later in the afternoon I get an email saying I was vetted and the application is approved …I did not authorise the vetting and any credit checks on my application..today I am receiving a bank notification on approving a debit check this is pure **** and I want these credit enquiry removed from my credit profile and an email confirmation from management addressing this …your consultants are a ***** …I don’t want anything to do with Vodacom ****mers
This is my second review and still no response from Nedbank they truly do not care about their clients this is utterly poor service at its best. They better call me 073 9745003
Their emails don’t go through their number doesn’t go through it seems like a **** of a company. Somebody better call me to discuss the matter at hand over two weeks 😕🤞utterly pathetic service 0739745003
Nedbank NDCRS wants to collect on prescribed debt and are busy sending me discount offers yet when you call them they know nothing about the whereabouts of the debt and they don’t even call you back. No sense of urgency to their clients to try and call them or assist I called the whole week of last week and today as well these people are ***********… somebody better call me from Nedbank 0739745003 this is merely poor service
Mi way is a ****.. I had initiated a claim 3 years ago which still hasn’t paid it’s pending for 3 years how is that even possible? I have had numerous complaints and conversations with consultants among them sashen Pillay and who has no sense of urgency and *********** the management is just absurd in handling cases no prompt response even … the claim was supposed to have been finalised only on 8 weeks but now it’s been 3 years… I made calls prior some consultant told me that the claim will be paid in a week then a week passed still no fees back I had to call again…. There is no updates whatsoever from the claim handler all they say is that it’s being finalised every single time …and I want my excess fee claim paid out before end of this week and my insurance cancelled with you guys this will be taken up by umbudsman and my lawyer your taking clients for a ride

The worst company in the country probably in the world to ever secure your future investments or funds with. They took over 3 months to pay me withdrawals claim the provident fund and pension fund. Its staff members Rachel, adele langman the manager and Dakalo the rude incompetent service consultant. They all do not even speak the same language I was promised to be called by Dakalo which she did not I had to call her and hold on the line for long like a full when I finally spoke to her she was uninformed about what she was talking about and I then asked to speak to her Manager adele langman then Dakalo the incompetent lady put me on hold for forever 20 min which my airtime ran out then I called again and adele langman promised me that I will be paid and that she will update me of when I'll get paid which she was supposed to call today she hasn't called me I called momentum again today and spoke to Thato Manamela who advised he will escalate the email to adele while she still hasn't called it's now after 3 pm this is just nonsensical absurd and frustrating momentum pay me my money and call me 0739745003
