no interest in service or quality of their product
I given a pair of jeep shoes as present a several months ago to a year. First time I wore them, the surface peeled off. I sent Jeep apparel the complaint and because not bought online they are not interested and advise me to go to the store they were bought from.

Service beyond
Good Afternoon MTN I was in contact with a store in Port Elizabeth Baywest mall and the owner for help. The serviced received from all involved Jasmine and her team were marvelous and helpful. During covid we had to use the call center for problems what a nightmare. The human touch intervention and the store handling my problems was with such professional attitude caring manner is highly appreciated. Thank you Jasmine ,Jolene , Guy, Kelly for resolving my problem Warm regards Eddie Dumont
