Club Mykonos
Sarah Lee Catin was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. Club Mykonos is one of our favorite resorts. Thank you. Mary

Snatcher Returns
Long story short. So disguised with Snatcher as I followed all protocol for my returns. I was given the address as to where I was to send my parcel. I sent parcel back in October 2020 through the Post Office. Sent Snatcher the tracking number. In March 2021 I received a notice from the Post Office to collect a parcel which I did and was shocked that Snatcher had not collected parcel that I had sent. I then resent the parcel back and I informed Snatcher of the return and the new tracking number. It is now June 2021 and with all the emails back and forth they only informed me now that they don't collect parcels from the Post Office. I got s print out from my Post Office and it showed they Snatcher was informed of the parcel but no one bothered to collect my parcel as they are supposed to refund me. I asked them if they can send someone to collect the parcel. Nothing has been done. Mary R
