I visited the Telkom store at Canal Walk on Wed 16th June to upgrade a Data contract for my daughter as she really wanted a new Tablet. Caitlyn assisted me with the upgrade at the counter and Grant was really helpful. Grant went the extra mile to assist as in this case, the Huawai Tablet T5, is not a Google device / no Playstore. Before I finalised the upgrade he made sure I could / was able to dowload my daughters Anime Apps on the device and we checked using my Huawei P40 if I could download it using the Huawei app Gallery. He also called someone and checked online for me. It was fairly simple and I managed to do it at home easily. Thanks for the wonderful service!
I purchased a Double bed from Beds from Home - Cape Gate on Saturday the 29th May 2021. Delivery was scheduled for Fri 4th June. I called that Monday to ask that delivery please happen on Wed 2nd June as I managed to get an off day from work. Debbie at Cape Gate branch was super helpful. Not only did she reschedule my delivery but on that day, the drivers were very late due to load shedding on route and lots of deliveries for the day. I called Debbie at about to follow up, I had mentioned to her that my old bed was removed that day and my little girl and I would have nothing to sleep on that night :D if the drivers didnt make it. My delivery only took place at 17h30 and Debbie worked late to track my delivery and contact the warehouse & drivers to ensure my deliver took place. THANK YOU DEBBIE FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR US.
