I just called to randomly check if they can tell where my car is and no1 could give me an answer, I spoke to Rachel that just got rid of me to some support department where the lady put me on hold for over 15min. I called again and spoke to Nthabiseng raputsani not even sure if this is her real surname she also told me the car last tracked an hour ago and they can not see where my car is right now but she transferred me to the emergency line where I spoke to Darlington Sibanda who told me about Sim cards that are not picking up and stuff so if this was an emergency and my car was ****** how was it gonna be recovered? If 4 people from the company including the emergency people can not tell me the location of my car
I was so happy that a Pedro was opened in Ontdekkers Rd but did not expect horrible customers service. I called to collect t and upon my arrival I saw it was full so I expected to wait a bit but with the hope that my order will be done shortly. I was assisted by Sibusiso (who did not have a name tag on), I was able to get his name from the colleges that were busy calling his name. So after paying I ask how long must I wait and he tells me I must relax as some people have been there for more than an hour so I explain to him that I called coz I did not want to wait long so he can not tell me that, I humble step aside, then my order gets prepared as i come close he give my order to a lady that's calling out order that time I'm not even steps away from him, found that so petty. I then asked him so the lady must walk past him to give me my order why doesn't he just hand me the order. So he did but you could see he was really irritated probably swearing inside...so unprofessional and horrible service Order number 47 20.May 2025 @6:41PM
Excellent service from a kind gentleman called Vusi from the butchery at Flora Centre who went above and beyond to ensure I received the help I needed.
Very disappointed with KFC florida, I was there today (27 October) at 14:05, drive through, I order two snacks burgers and wings, the lady only rang the burgers and I only realised when I was given my order. So lady at the collections tell me they can't ring the wings noe "I must just come inside" blunt like that, the reason why I chose drive through is because it was raining so I tell them no I'm not gonna walk in the rain they must make a plan, the 1 day said take your R50 we will refund you then other lady told me I must give them my pin that's the only way it's gonna work so I gave them coz I was running out of time, if something happens to my card I'll definitely be in contact with you'll, once that was done they just throw me with my order no apology nothing, I'm a really frustrated and disgusted about the service I got....I would have loved to name and shame them but they were not wearing name tags, my order number was 437 27 October 14:05
Good day, I am not pleased with the service I got from Asmin or something today, I simply called to enq about a battery price....1stly the call was not answered professionally and he told me this is his cell phone and I called 011 2751621...I understand calls get rooted to personal phones now but people must be aware of this and have phone etiquette. I ended up not even getting the price of the battery I needed because he sounded uninteresting in my query and kept on emphasis that this is his phone.@toyota please advice which number we must dial to get help and not interrupt Asmin on his precious personal phone
Here we go again, flurhof I don't know what we did to ull to deserve this nonsense service, it was down yesterday (12.02.2024) in the morning then came back bese again around the afternoon till now the next day and its 10:25. We are working from home relying on this thing but it never cease to disappoint. You would think coz it was down the whole night, this would b the 1st thing they look into in the morning.....imagine we are begging u guys to render service that we pay for, I've never seen such a pathetic company....I am glad vuma is starting with installations this side so we don't have to deal with this stupid fiber of urz
I am based in Flurhof, we hardly have the service, it is always down, and I am not even exaggerating. I am working from home, and I must always buy data, but I am paying for fiber. Every second day there is an issue. I called today and spoke to Clint who then told me that the land is owned by other people and they waiting for approval blah blah, that’s none of my business because I pay on time and expect the service to be rendered, also spoke to his “supervisor” Wyne Dagel and he told me there is nothing we can do I must just wait coz they also waiting for the land owner to approve so they can go fix whatever. So, this happened yesterday as well it was fixed around 1pm, then at 6 it went down again and is still down. So, is this what we paying for? There are always issues and all they do is send an SMS that there is an outage with no turn around time. If iyanihlula just tell us so we move, coz this is nonsense.
Recently changed my address moved to a gated community and I was chatting with a consultant via the app 1st they join the chat then leave the chat, I'm not sure wat kind of service is that, had to go through 3 people doing the same thing, did not get the other people's names but the 1st name was Boipelo, the 1 I remember was keneiloe papo...they just join and left the chat.....so I ended up talking to dimpho dikobe who assisted but not fully coz she left the chat as soon as I had questions and we were not done with the conversation. So is if i am getting such ****py service just to change my address what more when I wanna claim am I gonna go through this where ppl leave as they please and they not bothered if we done with the convo or wat?????? I am not sure if my things are changed coz there was no conclusion, plz assist
I am happy with the service that I received from Ernerst Mzobe on Sunday (03.12.2023)engene Maraisburg. very helpful gent, he even told us about the win a fuel competition. Overall his service was out of this word, we need more people like him 😊
I tried to open an account online and could not upload my documents so I summited and went to the store to give in my documents. I went to Refinery Campus Square, 1stly the music was so loud we couldn't even hear each other talk, they guy I got said I must wait for the manager as she was out and he doesn't know anything about opening accounts. The "manager" walked in and told me to come back tomorrow because the person who opens accounts is not in today and she left me there and just walked away. So I don't understand how a store is open and operating but non of the people there know the prosses of opening an account, isn't there training and aren't sales for accounts an important part of the store? Or you guys only prioritize cash sales only ?
