Pathetic service

I had the unfortunate privilege of spending a night at lemon and lime guest house my colleagues and myself had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights the place was really nice until breakfast the next morning when we met the owner and she asked to have a private word with me she proceeded to say that I had SMOKED a cigarette in the SHOWER we then proceeded to my room and found the room had already been cleaned by the house cleaners so the Evidence according to Meg (owner) was already cleaned up . Meg then said she would levy a penalty to sanitize the room where I lost my kewl and raised my voice at her she then pressed her panic button and this was followed by heavily armed security guards to forcefully remove me ( a guest that has paid for his accommodation) my colleague tries to reason with her in a cool manner she refuses to give him a hearing. At this point we had no choice but to allow her to swindle more then one thousand rands from the amount we already paid her would not recommend this sort of treatment to any visitors you could be thrown out by strong arm men at the press of her panic button
