This place is filthy! The carpets are stained, the rooms and hallway smelled horrible and taps rusted! No hot water. Had to take cold showers! No water in the rooms. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I have had poor service from Cycle Lab N1 city since my first purchae. The latest being me asking someone to take my bicycle for a booked service Thursday 17 April. I called twice, spoke with ALex to advise i will pick up by bicycle myself as soon as i get the confirmation that the service has been completed. I CALLED TWICE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY UNDERSTAND I WILL PICK UP MY OWN BICYCLE. Alex assured me that only my details is on the system and they will only hand over my bicycle to me. Alex actually got very upset and unprofessional for me for calling twice to make sure that they dont hand-over MY bicycle to someone els. Saturday morning, 19 April i called to find out whether my bicycle is ready for collection by myself as arranged and (if memory serves me right) Wayne answered and said he'll call me back because he dont see my bicycle and usually the guys do not update the job cards. An hour later and no call back. I then called myself and he said my bicycle has been booked out and Alex will give me a call. Alex then called me and told me my bicycle has been collected by the guy who dropped it, who is not the owner and they dont have his details. Meaning he ignored my request that i will collect MY OWN BIC. He got VERY RUDE WITH ME INSISTING THAT THIS GUY IS MY PARTNER AND HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PERSONAL ISSUES!!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! He promised to send me confirmation about service happening on 5 May and they will call me immediately and up until now he has not sent me any confirmation!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!
The service at Cycle Lab N1 city is not good at all. After buying a bicycle worth R60000, they failed to deliver the manual. After following up and trying to call still no manual for the bicycle. It took more than a week for them to send me an updated invoice after exchanging the bicycle. Just horrible service for such a pricy item!
This College is getting worse every year! I am a third year BCOM student and im struggling to get registered and an simple invoice for my bursary for the past 3 months!!! They have support lines, whatsapp support chats but non of them works! I am sitting in collabs without books! THE MOST INCOMPETENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE! We have assignments due soon and i have no books because varsity college cannot finalise my registartion and issue me with an invoice!!!!
This is the fourth and still no contact made. The last response from Vodacom was that HELLO PETER IS SITTING WITH THE COMPLAINT.! They refuse to close the contract i did not sign for and refund the money they took out of my account
I have logged a complain on 1 July already, and i have only received two calls to say they have received my complaint. I AM CONVINCED THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN WHOS NAME VODACOM IS OPENING CONTRACTS WITHOUT CONSENT. SINCE LAST MONTH THEY HAVE EXCUSES TO CLOSE CONTRACT THAT WAS OPENED WITHOUT MY CONSENT! THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WIHOUT MY CONSENT!

THEN I CALL TO CANCEL AND FOR REFUND! AFTER A FEW RUDE CONSULTANTS THEY SAID THE CONTRACT WILL BE CANCELLED AND MY MONEY REFUNDED! THE MONEY WAS REFUND, BUT YET AGAIN YESTERDAY THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! SO THESE LIERS DID NOT CANCEL THIS UNAUTHORIZED CONTRACT!!!! AND I REFUSE TO CALL AGAIN AND SPEAK TO RUDE CONSULTANTS THAT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I discovered a debit order on my account by vodacom this last month. I called in immediately because i do not have any contract with vodacom. They then told me an fibre line has been open in my name. I asked them the adress and it was not even my address. They admitted it was opened in error in my name! Shocking because they also have my banking. The VERY RUDE consultant then tells me to cancel well i must contact the cancellation department myself! I called explain and they said they will cancel. I called 3 days after to check where my refund is. They shockingly tells me they refunded into my other vodacom account! WHILE I DO NOT HAVE ANY PERSONAL VODACOM CONTRACT!! NOT ONLY THAT! ITS MY MONEY THAT THEY TOOK OUT OF MY BANKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORISATION! she said she will log another call BUT IT WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS TO BE REFUNDED! TWO WEEKS! THESE PEOPLE ARE *******!
The Engel & Volkers Somerset West is the most incompotant agency i have ever worked with. They have the poorest service. I have signed a mandate 20 February. And since 20 Febraury, about 5 viewers. I have not once recieved any report any communication or feedback from the agent. Early April when i enquired what is going on , i was advised she was on leave. I was than send an update report from the principle on 4 April for the first time. I than requested for the mandate to be cancelled so that i can move to a more compotant agency. They advised that i cannot cancel mandate which is not the rule. Ive asked them to remove my property and after several e-mails they removed my property. I than asked for them to confirm that the mandate has been cancelled because they no longer advertise. To date i have received no response from them. Their behavior is a BIG RED FLAG! NO TRUST!
