Low customer service.
Imagine pay a whole of R4000 without receiving the serving that was promised. They were suppose to fix my truck ignition year 2020 and they never payed it back nor fix the truck ignition however they still took the money without providing the service. Jabulane Nene

Enough is enough.
Still no response with Rosebank College Braamfontein campus with regards to my certificate. They good with responding but you don't receive the help one need. I want my certificate and I can't apply because I don't have the original.

Human resource practice (Higher Certificate)
It's frustrating that over such a simple thing yet they dragging it. A higher certificate that I completed year 2018. I was suppose to received it this year graduation (BBA) yet it's stories after stories. Student hub is saying the campus still has your certificate then Rosebank College Braamfontein campus says it's not with them. Then who has it?

Waiting for My Hr certificate for months
I want to complain about Rosebank college in Braam regarding my higher certificate in HR practice. I haven't got it and they keep saying they will track it until this day. I can’t do anything without it and i don’t owe them for it. It is really frustrating!
