Terrible service
This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. They kept me waiting for a week saying they coming and making excuses day after day. Eventually when I called them out on the bad service they just ignored me. It’s definitely a Mickey Mouse operation and they only operate on Whatspp

poor service
Received the most pathetic service ever from this dealership ( InspectaCar Gezina) It took them 3 months to send me a license disk and plates after I had to take the car for a road worthy test myself and they only refunded 60% of the amount. There was no car lighter in the car and they promised to replace it. I sent the car back because one of the tyres had a bubble days after I bought it and they replaced the tyre and sent the car back without eyelids. They said they have video footage that I sent it there without them but still have not received it.

Extremely poor service from InspectaCar Gezina
I bought a vehicle from this so called dealership and from the beginning there were problems. Upon collection of the vehicle there were faults with the car , namely : there was no cover for the cigarette lighter, there were stone chips all over the bonnet, the rim was buckled and scratched and there was a bubble on one of the tires. The sales manager ( Mohammed Moola) that it would all be sorted out no problem I just had to bring the car back. I brought the vehicle back a few weeks later and when I picked it up all they had done was replace the tire. They left my car standing outside the dealership for me to pick up. When I arrived I noticed that the eyelids were missing off my headlights and there was still no cigarette lighter. To this I was told that VW doesn't sell this vehicle with a cigarette lighter and that the eye lids were already missing when I broke the car in. They said they have video footage of this which I still have not received. You would think that this would be the end of very bad experience with a shady used car dealership but no. When I enquired about the license disk that was due to me I was told that I had to take the car for road worth test again because they forgot to obtain it before the current road worth certificate had expired. ( keep in mind this was after I had paid them OTR fees). They agreed to refund me for doing this. I sent them an invoice for the road worthy and the proceeded to refund me 60% of what they owed me saying thats the highest they are willing to pay. After many years of buying numerous vehicles I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. InspectaCar Gezina is the worst and most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. Noone takes responsibility for anything and promises are made and broken in the same breath. If anyone is interested in buying a car I would urge them to stay away from this dealership at all costs!!!
