Pet Travel Agent. Very poor communication and inept service. After a >40 hour flight with no communication from the agents (SA or UK), even upon landing, I collected my dogs from a freezing cold warehouse where they had been standing, in their crates for 2 hours without being let out. This is the result of lots of small errors and lack of attention to detail. The pet travel business needs care, compassion, focus and the ability to communicate clearly and calmly. Lacking at this firm.
No customer meet and greet system. You walk in and stand at empty front desk forever until someone strolls past. If returning after tyre is ordered, it's even worse. Now must wait at empty desks and repeat yourself 3x until the exact client service person you first met strolls around that way by chance. So frustrating!!
