Indequity's receptionist, Lisa, is unprofessional. This is the first voice you hear when calling Indequity. She was rude and unhelpful. I told her I need to speak to claims, but then she put me through to the wrong department. Indequity please educate your receptionist about phone etiquette.
Their admin is a nightmare. They are very expensive. There are a lot of mistakes in their quizzes. Correct answers are marked wrong, and then your child can't understand what they did wrong. They eventually fix it if you point it out, but then your child is already crying, because they could not figure out what they did wrong. I did not have a good experience with wingu academy.
