Stealing ppl deposit monies

I mat this girl in the bus... She works for core catering a company that supply cutlery to restaurants and hotels. They based in randburg... I paid a deposit of R1500 on a set of pots... The lady told me that the pots is R2900... I ask her if i could pay it of she said yes no problem.... I made a first payment of R1000 in February 2021 another R500 in march.. In april 2021 i decided that i dont need the pots anymore... I ask the lady if i can please get my money back.... She said she will speak to her manager.... She send me a few emails regarding the matter.... Iv waited Patiently but no feed back... When i ask... Again whats taking so long a month later..... The company has no money.. But she will pay me out of her own pocket.... She then paid me R600 in may 2021...she said the company will just refund her.... In july 2021 im asking for the balanced of my money R900 no answer nothing... The company still dont have money.... Untill today iv never got my money back.... Core catering dont have money the company is broke... But they operate everyday how the hell..... All lies... Im sure they always steals ppl money and come up with that stupid stories...... Idiots mxm
