Extremely expensive and really small portions with terrible service - not worth it at all!!
Lost fibre connectivity 2 weeks ago. Been phoning everyday since but to no avail. Absolutely shocked by the lack of support and service provided. No one on their tech staff could help me, they tech assistances are rude and left me on hold, to never return. I was told that someone would be coming through to help, only to call a few hours later and find out that it was just a lie. It’s so frustrating to be with a provider who doesn’t care at all about their customers. Biggest regret was signing a contract with Mweb - do yourself a favour and never do it.
