Terrible company their products are sub standard and the people are even worse . from a condescending owner to an absolute nightmare by the name of Fred who is the biggest snake of a salesman I have ever come across. Please avoid this company

Useless and ***********
I cannot select no stars so here you go Bidvest Bank. You get a big fat ZERO!!! On the 2nd November 2023 at 11H38. I paid made an EFT online payment to SL Wheeler for R1350,00. When I pressed the pay button it gave me a red warning saying currently unavailable. I went back to the homepage and saw that the payment was in fact paid twice in error. I immediately contacted Bidvest bank on 011 407 3103. They sent me a form to complete and when I sent it back as per request and then phoned again they said they sent me the wrong form. Then I got sent a EFT reversal form for which the said it was going to cost me R250 to get the one payment reversed. Let me be very clear. I PRESSED the pay button ONCE! NOT twice not trice and not ZERO like your rating! IT is your online system glitch's error NOT MINE! I have spent since yesterday morning speaking to and emailing your *********** staff on the other end of this no. 011 407 3103. Still nothing has happened after leaving several messages to have management call me back. They either not there or in permanent training??? Reverse the one payment Immediately!!! One Site Appliance Repair 64 Smartt St, Goodwood Cape Town
On Thursday the 3rd of November 2022 I requested a plumbing quote through a website called Upstaker. Shortly afterwards I was contacted by Mike from On Site Appliance Repair. https://onsiteappliancerepairs.co.za/. He sent 2 of his employees to come and assess the problem with my geyser that was not heating up. I had to pay them R200 cash and the gave me a verbal quote of R1200 to repair everything in order to make the geyser work again. I confirmed with Mike telephonically if this sounded right and he said yes. His guys then left and said they would return on Friday the 4th with the parts to fix the geyser. On Friday they returned and did the repairs telling me to give it a while to heat up and they then left. Mike sent me an invoice and I immediately arranged cash for him to collect. 2 hours later still no hot water. I then repeatedly tried to contact Mike telephonically and on Whatsapp and was ignored. Eventually later in the evening he phoned me back and said they would come and rectify the problem on Saturday the 5th. The same guys arrived and could not find the problem. Then after a lot of head scratching the told me the new element the fitted had blown. How is this possible I asked??? Only then did the check the circuit breaker on the Distribution board and said it was faulty. I then forked out another R300 for them to go and get a new one and put it in. Still no joy. After much head scratching again. They said they would have to get a new one and could only return on Monday the 7th. Before they left I repeatedly tried to contact Mike again but he ignored every attempt I made. Come Monday numerous calls and messages were again ignored. He eventually sent me a message on Tuesday the 8th to say his chief technician by the name of Christian will be here at 2:30 pm. Its now Wednesday 3pm and nobody is here. Mike once again has ignored all attempts I have made to contact him and the bogus no he gave me for Christian. Pathetic service by a crook. SHAME ON YOU MIKE +27 67 744 1636. DO NOT USE THIS GUY AND WARN ANYONE ELSE YOU KNOW.

Shocking service Motorvia Cape Town. My wife was promised her car will be delivered today the 12 September 2022 after she said it is urgent. We tried to collect it from the Depot on Saturday but they were closed and made a promise it will be delivered on Monday ... Today. So some excuse came in that their truck broke down. I simply do not buy it. This is is going to be plastered all over social media if my wife does not get a full refund for the delivery charges and It is not delivered to me. Her husband. I am livid. Zero stars....

If there were zero stars I would select it!!!. This company never replies EVER!!! I am starting to think they advertise fake jobs. Now you have to be approved by them to apply for a job. What kind of company is this??? To everyone who reads this DON'T waste your time or energy with this company!!!!!
