I’m experiencing the same issue, the link to my order redirects to CSSI. Emails sent to info@itworkup.co.za result in the following error response: Address not found Your message wasn’t delivered because the address couldn’t be found or is unable to receive mail. The response from the remote server: 550 5.1.1 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (chkuser) The website has since been updated with the message: "I sincerely apologise for the recent disruption at ITWORKUP....." This situation is unacceptable. At this point, I would rather cancel my order and request a full refund.
