IPID does not work.

I have no faith in SAPS nor the authorities who govern their corrupt practices such as IPID. After several attempts to contact them via email, it just returns undelivered with this response every time: complaints@ipid.gov.za host saturn.ipid.gov.za [10.130.10.61] Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources (UsedDiskSpace[C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\TransportRoles\data\Queue]) There are so many complaints against the SAPS that it seems our country has lost control over their governing systems too.
