Most unprofessional person I ever dealt with, Jo-Ann de Wit! How are you actually still in business? She cancelled my derma pen appointment on the day and said she would reschedule with me on the Monday. By Tuesday I had to contact her to reschedule for Thursday, 19th Dec 3pm. Got to their clinic and doors were closed, no lights on and no sign of Jo-Ann de Wit. She didn't answer my calls or rep**** to my messages. The fee for this particular service is R2000. I mean...how do you treat your clients, woman? Dr Luckhoff, you should get rid of this *********** woman. It's not doing your business any good. Will not refer anyone to you guys ever!

Worst customer service ever.
Do not buy from Karen of Splash of Beauty in Parys https://splashofbeauty.co.za/. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered and paid for 3 items on the 1 June 2021. The 1st item was only delivered on the 2nd July. The 2nd item was delivered on the 3rd August and Karen charged an extra R 100 for delivery. The 3rd item is still missing in action and after not being able to deliver it Karen finally sent me a gift voucher less the extra R100 delivery. She also likes to make threats that she will sue you if you post anything and tries to hide behind the t's and c's on her website.
