Excellent service - keeping the customer in the loop

I have received excellent service. They are quick to reply with my email enquiries, and gave detailed answers. The Techfox website gives constant updates as your order progresses. I also got a personal email updating me on the progress of the purchased parts. For people that go out of their way to make the customer happy - you can't go wring with Techfox.
