Terrible company

I submitted the claim on the 27th July 2021 with the company, i still have not received the payout. My aunt is not yet buried and we are harrased by the funeral parlour when i went in to their offices they are closed, im very frustrated please assist. I will never ever deal with them anymore because they do not care. How are we supposed to bury our loved ones? They are crooks.
