Confusion!! To say the least....

At first glance it was ok, but when my 2nd appointment came I struggled with incompetent staff not knowing what's going on. They're confusing ICD10 codes and mixing appointments. You can't treat your patients like imbeciles while you're clearly so confused you don't even know if your coming or going!!!. Sorry a no go for me
