Poor Service
I made a purchase for sneakers of 11 August 2025 and have not received any convincing update from their tracking system. The latest update is as follows: JIMC A AIR LETTERS, in transit, returned from customs on 22/09/20250 replies

Extremely poor service from RangeXTD
I bought a range extender in January 2021 and the item is still not delivered. The company provided a tracking number but according to my tracking app the product on the way bill was delivered in Hong Kong even when the destination says South Africa. I contact the company via email more than 10 times and all I received were excuses and promises to allow a 20% discount. I requested refund but to date no commitment was received to an extent I believe it was a scam0 replies
