I encountered some challenges related to my finances, which has led to a bit of uncer*****y on my part. Unfortunately, I also learned that there were reductions at work., I was anticipating an increase in my income that did not materialize. This situation has had a significant impact on my ability to meet my monthly instalments, leading to considerable stress and sleepless nights. As a result, I made the decision to seek debt counselling to ensure that my assets are protected. I am grateful for the assistance provided by Debt Rescue, and while we are still in the process of finalizing my application, I remain hopeful that everything will be resolved positively. I look forward to being free from debt and working towards my goal of purchasing a home in the future.
on friday afternoon i my petrol was low it was showing 55km so i asked the petrol attendance the name tag was mthokozisi then i said pour 100rand 95 okay xap he asked if i was paying cash or with card of which it was funny before he poured ,i did not even checked if he did so i paid him ,i did not asked for a slip ......then when im about to go the petrol light came on and it is still showing 55km WHICH WAS CONFUNSING AND WHEN I ASKED THAT GUY HE CLAIMED HE DID POUR 100 RAND PETROL AND HE PRINTED OUT THE SLIP OF WHICH I DONT BEALIEVE IT WAS MINE SO ,,,,MIND YOU MY CAR IS A 2023 MODEL IT WILL NEVER LIE A 100 RAND PETROL Was gonna TURN OFF THE PETROL LIGHT ,SO I CALLED THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY RUDE I DONT EVEN THINK HE IS FROM SOUTH AFRICA THE WAY HE BEHAVE,,,HE IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND HE IS ***IEST AS HE UNDERMINED ME AS A WOMEN AND I WAS TAKING PHOTOS OF THEM THEY WERE VIOLENT WITH ME MY PHONE WAS ON THE FLOOR AS IM TAKING THIS MATTER TO MY LAWYER IM SUING THAT MANAGER AND THE PETROL ATTENDANT AND I HAD TO POUR ANOTHER 100RAND TO PROOF TO THEM THEN MY GAUGE WENT FROM 55KM TO 150 KM AND I TOLD THEM I WONT PAY THEY DENIED THEY CALLED ME A ***** I WAS SO TRAUMATIZED I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN IT I FELT SO HUMILIATED WHO EVER THE OWNER IS ....THERE IS A LOT OF ***** GOING ON THERE JUST IMAGINE ITS YOUR LAST 100RAD AND THEY ARE DOING THIS TO YOU ,.....MOTORIST AVOID THAT ENGEN IN KLOPPERPARK THEY ARE ****** ,,,,*****ING FROM US IT MY BE CLOSED AND ALL THE STAFF THERE ARE NOT PROFFESIONAL THEY ARE WORKING TOGETHER BY *****ING AND PRINTING SLIPS THAT BELONG TO OTHER MOTORIST BEWARE
I truly would recommend any individually or a company to consider this company on manufacturing radiators ,oil coolers and cleaning and repairs. I love the top notch friendly and professional staff from sales department as they work as a team, keep up the good work.
i had a loan with capitec of which i just settled last month in july ..i went to check on the loan account apparently that money i have paid off is on arreas and im currently owing them 89rands for servise fees and monthy fees is that possible guys
iam still currently waiting for vodacom responce on that recording they promised to send it to the nearest vodacom shop stipulating that they told me if i remove my sim card om my contract phone it wont be covered by insurance claims

SO APPARENTLY MY PHONE WAS DAMAGED SO DUE TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IT WAS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE SO SOMEONE ADVISED ME I REQUEST THE RECORDING FROM VODACOM THAT STIPULATES THEIR AGENT TELLING ME THAT ONCE I REMOVED MY SIMCARD FRM THE PHONE IT WILL NOT BE COVERED ...IAM STILL WAITING FOR THAT RECORDING ITS A MONTH NOW AND THEY SAID IT WILL ONLY TAKE A WEAK ..
i got a feedback message from vodacom saying they will call me as soon as possible well i have been waiting for that phone call till today its been a week and i have decided to humble myself and cancel their insurance
IM SO DISSAPOINTED IN VODACOM SERVICES ,I BOUGHT A PHONE LAST YEAR IT INCLUDED INSURANCE SO , TOOK IT SO OVER THE WEEKEND I ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED MY PHONE SO ITS DAMAGED . I WENT TO VODACOM YEASTERDAY SO UNFOTUNATELY MY SIM CARD WAS NOT IN MY PHONE ON THE TIME OF INCIDENT ,MY CLAIM IS DENIED AS I WAS PAYING THEM R120.00 EVERY MONTH FOR NOTHING ,SOMETHING THEY DID NOT WARN OR TELL ME ABOUT BEFORE I TOOK THE INSURANCE AS I TOLD THEM WHEN IM BUYING THE NEW PHONE IF I CAN USER MY OLD VODACOM SIM TO MY PHONE AS ITS LOADED DATA EVERY MONTH THEY SAID NOPE ....MIND YOU IM PAYING TWO SIM CARDS FROM THEM ONE FOR DATA ONE FOR AIRTIME WITH INSURANCE ..
