Claim made on the 26th July yet not paid still

I have bad experience with the above mentioned company, I have an existing policy since 2019 never missed a premium. The life insured died and immediately went made a claim on the 26 July 2021 was helped by a consultant named "Nomfundo" based in King Williams Town, Eastern Cape. Till today my claim has not been paid. I am so utterly disappointed I had to make debts to make provision for the funeral. Regards, Zukiswa Lillian Maseti 0787173662
