Disappointing Non Service from Anyvan Newcastle Upon Tyne
When booking Anyvan Team in Newcastle Upon Tyne I during the phone conversation with Liam Barreiro (Removal Specialist AnyVan) I informed him I needed a reliable removal company to move my furniture for a three bedroomed house to a new location. I especially mentioned that I had suffered a heart attack previously so needed expert help to do the move so as not to put myself at risk. I was assured telephonically that they would manage everything professionally. The day arrived 7 July 2023 and instead of arriving on time I received a call to inform me that they could not move me as the allocated team where not available. I gave them two hours to locate an alternative team - but they could not organise this and so could not deliver the professional service they promised at the beginning. Needless to say I had to hire a van from Enterprise - Ashington who went out of their way to deliver, and I ended up moving myself. I will not be recommending Anyvan to anyone in the near future. Yes I received a full refund - but my expectations were never met.

Great Service and Friendly Team
Great service from the Team at Coastal Hire - they delivered on time and collected according to my instructions. Highly Recommend them to all my clients.
