My washing machine stops in the middle of a cycle and won't start again, I've been struggling with this for months and I've tried resetting according to the manual but it's still problematic. I went to the Samsung service centre and the told me because it's under warranty Samsung has to sort it out otherwise I have to pay 500 for a call out fee. Fine I said I'll call Samsung, which I do and they tell me they need a virtual consolation first before sending out a technician. This is all so inconsistent l inconvenient as I'm unable to be home during the week for this virtual consult they want as I work, Saturday it's closed no one to help, now I'm stuck again not being able to use a machine I paid so much for in the name of convenience and reliability. This is so disappointing as a loyal customer. I'm very annoyed
I made an online order and paid for it. It was cancelled and 3 weeks later I haven't received my refund. The branches tell me they can't assist me because it was online. This is terrible service honestly. Customer care line is a waste of time because you never get to speak to someone only the bot
Nedbank promises to give you cash bank of R200 on a monthly bases if you open an account with them and deposit at least R4500. It's been 2 months now I have now received anything and they send smses with invalid reasons as to why they didn't stick to the agreement. I tried calling customer service number they said they'll get back to me, until to day still no word from them. Don'take promises to clients that are not adhered to.
They have horrible service. The gym was closed down during the looting and has been closed down since. There have been any communication from them to let me know what's going on but they are still debiting my account.
I cancelled my contract not long after I received my device as it was a single SIM. Now I'm constantly have to call to get that contract cancelled, this is airtime I don't have and it is inconveniencing me. They never follow up and they are still debiting my account for a device that they received back in June.
