Horrendous Pool service provider and epoxy application

I hereby wish to submit a complaint against one of the epoxy pool service contractors, Donovan Jenni, of Topend Pools. Just recently, I entrusted Topend Pools with the job to apply epoxy to my pool. An invoice was sent to me by the owner and an agreement was reached on price and guarantee. Topend pools started the job on 5 June 2021 and up till this point the job is incomplete. The owner’s attitude is unethical and unprofessional and he works a bit a day and leave things undone. Below are some problems experiences with the application: 1. Uneven application of the epoxy leaving droplets running to the surface of the pool. Mr. Jenny simply ignored the way he applied the epoxy. 2. Little spots due to rough edges left by the fiber which was also ignored by Topend Pools. 3. Absolutely horrific finishing of the product with paint all over the brick edging. 4. In general, very poor workmanship by the owner and my fear is that the epoxy application was a waste of money and time. Finally, Topend pools has an absolute unprofessional approach with its customers and should not be trusted to apply epoxy product or any pool jobs. In my opinion, this company, Topend Pools, will degrade epoxy products. More professional service providers should be trusted with this job. My final concern is that the owner watsaps me stating that he will not guarantee the product because in his opinion I, the customer, is taking him for a joke and it’s either his way or I can take the highway. Who uses these kind of business terms with their customers. I have paid a lot of money to Topend Pools and when asked to fix the problems, the owner sends this unprofessional watsap messages to its clients. Please, I reiterate that the owner of Topend pools is not fit for this job. Your money and time will be wasted and the job will remain unfinished.
