I would have rated a zero, but unable to do so. Client service has been well below par ever since we started experiencing Fibre Connectivity lately. Never called back and the number of hours spent waiting (and expense) to eventually get through via the call centre - not a user-friendly process. I have eventually arranged to have this service cancelled as there are much better options available, and these come with a customer service that does care!!
In our dealings with Jonathan we were assured that there would be "minor" plastering that would be required once he had installed our aluminium windows and doors. Needless to say, that is not quite correct as "minor" plastering has been quoted at R 17 000 and will require 7 days to be completed. In some areas the "minor" plastering requires expanding foam to fill the gaps as these are way beyond what one would consider "minor" plastering. When these were pointed out to Jonathan he advised that these are normal and standard and what one would consider within acceptable limits in his line of work. When we discussed paying the balance of the quote we were threatened that he would remove what he had installed. I would recommend that anyone thinking of using Devine Aluminium seriously reconsider and contact me as I have pictures showing the true quality of his workmanship.
