I finally received a replacement device after a long wait from MTN Insurance where they were not proactive with my claim. I always needed to call them for an update of the status of my claim. The device finally arrived and it was not reading any Simcards inserted besides Rain Mobile :( I was sent to MTNstores to get this issue fixed buy the store also sayss its not their device its the insurance's so they can not assist. Currently in a back and forth with Mtn Insurance to Swap the device for a fully functional one. They want to book it in for repairs/ testing which will leave me phoneless AGAIN for a long time. I have work commitments that I can not bear to be offline again.
Adept billed me while I was not set up with for connectivity, meaning that we have not used any service from as of yet. At first the process was at a standstill due to an active line with Vumatel for a previous tenant, once Vumatel activated our line we had issues with setting up our connection and later discovered our router was incompatible for connection that’s where the process stopped. We have never used Adept ICT service but we were billed and threatened with attorneys.
