TLSCONTACT IS THE DEFINITION OF DISGUSTING!!!
I went to this absolutely USELESS place to collect Visas for my aunt and her friend. I received one Visa and not the other. When trying to find out why, I was told they have no control over anything. I was told it would be escalated and that we would receive feedback the same day... This was a lie because we are still waiting on the feedback. I went there again and again as the tracking app seems to not work at all and they were supposed to have left already. I was treated very poorly and was shouted at. I understand that there have been numerous complaints and all but uf it is the first time you are speaking to me then do so in a professional manner and explain to me what you have already told to others. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! We live in a country where so many things are just wrong, the little joys we have in taking a holiday and escaping it is just taken away due to a Visa not being prossesed and returned back in time, that's just cruel.

Doubts settled
At first I was sceptical. I paid, received a confirmation email, but everytime I wanted an update I had to initiate followup. I didn't receive any other emails, didn't receive tracking information, but at the end of the day Cameron from FABRIC-SA made sure I got my partner's gift just in time for Christmas.
