Poor service and commitment to clients
Emails and phone calls go unanswered and no response. Documents are promised on a certain date but not provided, leaving a bad impression of a business. This caused 3 different parties delays and losses.

Wits Business School - African Energy Leadership Centre will kill your passion
I completed a masters with the African Energy Leadership Centre - Wits Business School. The Administrators do not respond to emails, answer phone calls or assist in any significant manner. You have to chase them for anything to be done. This resulted in my masters being delayed and I had to pay back both my sponsor and then pay an additional 100k for another year. I also had to resign from my job to complete because the ethics clearance came so late that the only way to complete would be to focus entirely on it for 3 months. In total, their incompetence delayed my degree, got me a bad reputation at my work, resulted in me having to resign from work and also costed me in excess of R 250 k if my lost salary is included. Do not go there. They will cause you to lose money and your passion for your chosen career.

Poor signal, dropped calls, stuck without network
MTN skylite data is unreliable and unstable Stuck in the following areas without signal/dropped calls/not receiving urgent work calls and unable to access my home/call for help/check google maps to get out of the area: Waterkloof Ridge - Pretoria Verlorenkloof Kruger - Phabeni Gate Eldoraigne- Centurion Pretoria Rosslyn - Pretoria We are reliant on this technology in South Africa and the lack of signal has impacted negatively.

Burnt my face, still scarred
Burnt my face with the laser machine and still have the scar. Paid for their R 15 000.00 package but now scared to go back and get my work done. They refuse to refund me, saying that I signed the T&C's and there is always a risk of burns

Burnt my skin leaving permanent marks
The clinician burnt my skin. I now have black marks on my face that won't go away. They say I signed away my rights with the agreement. No recompense or remorse. Do not trust these people.
