I have request for JVS Tax Consultants aka My Income Tax to submit my tax return for the financial year 2014/2015<br> <br> After I have sent them everything I did not hear anything from them<br> <br> Then a few days later I received an e-mail from JVS with their invoice attached for their services rendered<br> <br> At the same time I also received 3 e-mails from SARS which I have no clue about and I responded to the person that sent me the Invoice, Dreyer Smit, and requested for him to please explain to me what on earth is going on as I do not understand top or tail.<br> <br> Up to date I have not received any further correspondence from them and I am utterly disappointed as on their website they claim to be SARS Income Tax Professionals, however the service received from them up to date is extremely disappointing and I am highly disgusted in the fact that they did not even have the decency to send me an e-mail or give me a call advising of the outcome and what to do next.<br> <br> They are a bunch of money hungry thieves that just want to make a quick buck off accounting disabled people like myself. <br> <br> I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WOULD ADVISE ALL TO REFRAIN FROM USING THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!
Obtained a Coupon this morning entitling me to a Big Mac Medium Meal for R19.95. The back of the card confirms that the offer is only valid between 2pm and 5pm on 11 November 2015.<br> <br> Went to McDonald's in Hatfield Pretoria to claim my voucher and meal at the reduced price just after 3pm<br> Cashier gave me a blank stare and advised she knows nothing about this. Manager then told me the special is over. HOW??????!!!!! I have a ticket and this confirms I am allowed a meal at this price. I understand if you were one of the first 500 in store and this was the only reason you would get the reduced price. I think this is horrible service and false advertising. If it was only valid at a specific branch THEN NOTE IT!!!!! Highly disgusted and upset. <br> <br> The card notes T&C's apply and to go to [URL Removed] however there is no information available relating to the promotion. If this is your way of upsetting your customers, then goal achieved! And then to top it all of you do not even respond to complaints/compliments.<br> <br> Worst company ever!!!

Received and increased bill for end April in March and was upset about this. Contacted Cell C and was advised that my contract expired. requested for both contracts to be cancelled with immediate effect. Was then informed that I HAVE to give a 30 day notice period to cancel, Was then even more upset as I had to give them notice but they did not advise me of any increases in billing amounts and that my contract expired. Advised that good customer relations and retention means keeping your customers informed of changes or contract expirations. Was then assisted and the normal contract amount was then reinstated. now I once again received an invoice for May in April and once again the amount is the increased amount (3x the amount my contract was for). I find this very disheartening and very upsetting. The reason for cancellation was in relation to no communication re expiration of contract and if I had been advised 30 days prior to my contract expiring this would be what would happen I would have cancelled it then and there and we would not be in this situation. I feel this is bad practice and that Cell C do not want to retain their customers. Will never deal with them again.
We ordered a pizza and a jalape?o bacon cheese bread with an additional blue cheese sauce. After having to repeat the order nervous times and having to spell the street name numerous times it took about 1 hour to receive our order with a few calls to the delivery driver and a few calls from the delivery driver as the address they advised him and noted on the order note was incorrect. We finally receive our order and with the bread comes a ranch dip, however our blue cheese was nowhere to be found but there was a 2nd ranch dip. Called the store and advised them of the mistake as the person who ordered the blue cheese dip does not eat ranch. So the manager apologised and promised that he would have the same driver come back with the blue cheese dip asap. This was on Sunday. It is now Tuesday evening and we are yet to receive our dip. Firstly you should perhaps consider employing competent employees that can actually take down the correct orders and addresses and then I would suggest that you do not make empty promises to your client as this annoys and frustrates them and leads to complaints.
I have 2 data contracts with cell c, both on a R99 per month for 2 gig contract. Last month my bill increased by 50% without prior warning or notification and this month I received a statement which showed another 50% increase in my monthly payment. I AM SUPER PEEVED. Cell C never communicated this with me and I was never advised that there will be an increase in the monthly amount payable. I found out this morning, after being at a store yesterday to cancel my contracts and being advised I could only cancel via telephone, that my contract had already expired and that it no longer qualifies for the discount? I was never advised that the contract was close to expiry and was not contacted to advise what would happen or how I wish to proceed, but just get a bill with a 200% increase from the amount that I originally signed for. So this morning I asked to have my contracts cancelled WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, and I was advised I need to give 30 days notice. This is ridiculous as I was not even given a single day's notice of changes to my contract and I demand that this is dealt with by management ASAP and I be reimbursed for the extortion!!!
