I've been using them since COVID and tried several of their edibles and joints. Their professionalism and quality of product would make Amazon envious. As an example. Of late I have been using their CBD gummies to assist with my tennis performance. On court I won a match this last weekend with renewed focus and a positive demeanor that allowed me to do so well. They have never let me down and go above and beyond to assist me wherever they can. Please buy from them. They were, and are still, the best provider of marijuana products in South Africa. I cannot recommend them enough.
I am shocked that such a large telecom company can commit such acts of fraud. Not once but twice against me in succession. Here's my story. I placed a call me back feature on their website for one of their consultants to call me back about setting up a data contract for the 2nd SIM card in my cellphone. Long story short they call me back and sell me on a better deal for R199 that they assured me when I asked them clearly 3 times that is was meant for a cellphone and NOT for an LTE or fixed device. Long story short the SIM arrives and is for LTE. A clear act of fraud on their part. I go in to the MTN store in Kuils River, cape town and the gentlemen working there assures me it will be resolved as it was a mistake. He gave me a number to call to cancel it and he set up the correct contract for me. The fraud here is that I was billed R199 for the fraudulent contract at the end of the month without a refund. Now the second fraud. I call the number and the lady says she understands the mistake and will resolve it. She makes no mention of a fee or whether I will accept that to cancel this fraudulent contract. And that ends the call. Come yesterday I get sent an account linked to my legitimate contract with a R895 cancellation added to it for this fraudulent account to be cancelled. I neither agreed to this or accepted it but it has been added to my debit order of my legitimate contract and will come off my account shortly. I am shocked at every stage of this disasterous process I was defrauded by all MTN linked departments. They have left a bad taste in my mouth. Please if anyone can advise me if I can sue them or what I can do to correct their predatory business practices so others don't experience a R1100 of bills for absolutely nothing of value given.
