Flash movers - use this company at own risk!! Arranged date and time for removal, very efficient in sending invoice and requesting deposit. Then a no show!! Contacted them and they making excuses. Requested refund and still waiting!!! Incurred expense due to this. Unreliable, no customer service . Now they dont answer the phone and when they do the lady barely speaks english and is finding out for days on end from an unknown person about the refund!! No landline for the company, a company gmail email account! and owners are unknown!! Only one contact number!! Please rather pay extra and find a reputable, reliable company to move your furniture.
Placed an order for R14 000, it is now 10th working day and no tracking number no email regarding delivery. The online chat people are not responding to my questions on delivery they say they will ask procurement and then never get back to me. You try the telephone number on website and get an automated message that there is no one to answer and you need to drop an email. Terrible customer service at Snatcher. No communication on delays, no communication regarding delivery, no person at company to talk to and no commitment on any delivery dates.
Netstar fitted a tracking unit on my vehicle in 2017, they had all the incorrect details. my ID number was not even on the system and they had another customers vehicle details on my name. I emailed and called in 2017 to get them correct to no avail. My insurers paid Netstar for over four years for a device to track my vehicle in event of theft or hijack and Netstar would have been unable to track vehicle or person in event of hijack. Netstar does not respond or comment to this complaint. no one responds!!!! No explanation from Netstar. My sisters has similiar issue, she has been paying for two unit yet she has only one unit installed??
