Storage Town black think dusk

I've had a storage unit at this place for more than a year I hardly went there for anything but when I finally decided to go my unit was filled with thinlck black dust. I then complained at the front desk wanting to show them in person how dirty the unit was an I was advised they can't go hear say even though I was Infront of them an had 1 of their staff members with me I was advised to send an email. I then emailed an was then advised to bring the key an they would sort this matter out. I then took the key a when I returned to the unit all they did was throw a black plastic over all the dirty dusty goods. Nothing was cleaned an my goods wasn't moved to a clean unit. I was then advised I should have complained for again at front desk. An they would have sorted this matter out which was never done as I don't think anyone was interested in my. Goods that's filled with this unhealthy thick black dust that looks like there was a fire inside.
