I was there on Saturday the 3rd of may to buy flops(slides) i found them wit lot of dust which i nicely asked a guy called Onwa to clean them for jst so i cn pay, he told me straight to my eyes dat why dnt i take them like dat of which i refused nd he took them nd wiped the wit hand andy nd stil the wher nt clean bt cz i wanted them nd it was the only size i had to take them like dat, as for the cashier her attitude was very bad her name is luyanda, i hope dat those ppl should get a proper lesson of hw to deal wit a customer nd thy shudnt b rude on us.
The worst service ever I am nt pleased with the way one of ur security guards spoke to she goes by the name of Lerato she has a stinking attitude and i dnt really appreciate hw she spoke to as if am her child, she must b professional because nt everyone knws the rules the by office tower Sandton

My name is Thomas Maswanganyi I have been calling Old mutual non stop about an error made, transferred funds to your account in error on the 26 August 2021 even today I am calling using my Airtime. I have been moved from pillar to post in the past 2 weeks and I daughter needs her meds plus been suspended from School cuz I paid to the incorrect account instead of theirs, I am disappointed in the service given to think that I was driven by the Best customer service before I join, clear I have been fooled. I need to be contacted urgently someone in this company must know what they are doing. Kindly contact me back as my daughter is now suffering for something that can be fixed stop acting like a ****a shop.
