Customised Furniture / Customised Group Scam

Customised Group is a company that advertises on Facebook Market Place. They use ZOHO invoices to seem legit but are not. We paid in full thinking that Tarryn Govender was an honest hardworking person like the rest of us. We received an invoice. Contacted them 15 days later to be told there was a delay in manufacturing. And then it was I have contact the courier and it should be there later this week, I have even offered to collect. On Wednesday 08/09/2021 I received a whatsapp advising she will refund me due to them dealing with issues. Have not received the furniture or the refund to date (10/09/2021). I will be opening a case with the South African Police department.
